LARGE PLANTS

Selettra designs, builds and manages large-scale photovoltaic systems in Italy and abroad. We have the experience, skills and workers necessary to follow all the steps that lead to the construction of the plant, up to management and maintenance (O&M).
In just a few years, we have created installations for around 25 MW of power both on our own and in partnership with other important companies in the sector. The plants built, all on marginal agricultural land with the beaten pole technique, allow to reconcile respect for the environment with the need to produce clean energy.

O&M services – Management and maintenance of photovoltaic systems

In order to guarantee the expected return during the plant design phase and obtain good results, particular attention must be paid to the planning of management and maintenance activities.
For this reason Selettra, which for several years has been carrying out management and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, has equipped itself with a specific Service Structure that has skills, tools and organization capable of performing services efficiently and maximizing the production of installations.

The experience developed over the years has shown us that photovoltaic systems, with different technical and installation characteristics, sometimes have very different management and maintenance needs.
This is why Selettra has equipped itself with a flexible service structure, capable of adapting to the specific needs of each customer and of self-regulating itself to improve its performance even more.
Based on the needs of our customers and the characteristics of the systems, we can offer administrative assistance and maintenance programs at multiple levels, from individual interventions on specific problems for small residential systems (such as after-sales assistance), to contracts of “guarantee of product ”signed following the supply of the medium and large size plant for commercial use, up to structured and complete O&M contracts with performance guarantee for photovoltaic parks installed on the ground.

Our O&M Contractor services

Initial energy diagnosis, for a general and timely control of the photovoltaic installation, aimed at researching any technical problems and in order to be able to evaluate together with the customer a plan of interventions aimed at improving performance and producibility.
Monitoring, carried out 365 days a year, with modern systems for reporting faults and remote production detection, in order to be able to intervene quickly in the event of operating anomalies.
Scheduled and corrective maintenance, with monthly, quarterly or half-yearly checks as needed, to prevent any problems and minimize failures, to optimize and anticipate situations of degradation or malfunction that can affect the performance of the system over time .

Emergency and repair service, carried out with a team of technicians available 365 days a year, ready to intervene quickly in the event of production failure.
Warehouse, for the management of spare parts, carried out through a punctual and precise management of the “suppliers”, with modern TPM techniques.
Management reports, written in a clear, punctual and in-depth form for the customer, at variable intervals based on needs, so that it can be constantly updated on the progress and performance of the system and on maintenance activities.
